Tree Management Plans / 2017 – 2019

Tree Report worked with Cleveland Property Services to deliver Tree Management Plans for a large number of shopping centres throughout NSW. These works include identifying the species of trees which are situated within and adjacent to a particular site, identifying which trees require management and producing high quality reports detailing management options available to the client to maximise the benefits conferred by the trees, risk mitigation options, local council policies and site suitable tree species selection, for new plantings.

Since early 2021, Tree Report has provided high quality arboricultural advice in relation to the construction of numerous new childcare facilities throughout NSW. Tree Report’s work on these projects comprised of identifying arboricultural impacts and constraints, providing advice on tree sensitive design option and tree protection.

Client: Montessori Schools

Tree Report worked with Cumberland Council to collect tree data of trees within the 14 town centres within the Cumberland Council LGA. These works include identifying the tree species, health, dimensions, age and location of trees which are situated within Council controlled lands including street scapes and parklands as well as identifying opportunities for new tree plantings within the town centres. These works were used to inform Council’s new Urban Tree Strategy.
